– Sign in to Google Analytics: Go to analytics.google.com and sign in with your Google account. Go to the Admin section: Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner.

– Select the correct Property: In the “Property” column, make sure you have selected the GA4 Property you want to connect to your WordPress website.

– Go to Data Streams: Click on the Data Streams menu.

– Select your web data stream: Click on the name of the website data stream you created. (If you don’t have one yet, click “Add stream” > “Web” and fill in your website’s information.)

– Copy the Measurement ID: On the stream details page, you will see the Measurement ID, which has the format G-XXXXXXXXXX. Copy this ID and save it, as this is what we will need in the next step.
